• Eligibility: Individuals aged 60 to 80 years. Coverage can include a spouse, but at least one member must be a senior citizen.
• Coverage: Hospitalization expenses, including room charges, ICU charges, surgeon fees, anesthesia, blood, oxygen, OT charges, surgical appliances, medicines, drugs, diagnostic materials, X-ray, dialysis, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, artificial limbs, and implants.
• Pre-existing Diseases: Covered after 48 months of continuous coverage.
• Pre-acceptance Medical Check-up: Required for those without continuous health insurance coverage for the last four years or with adverse medical history.
• Sum Insured Options: ₹2 Lakhs, ₹3 Lakhs, and ₹5 Lakhs.
• Co-payment: 10% of the admissible claim amount.
• Hospital Cash: 0.1% of the Sum Insured per day, up to a maximum of 1% of the Sum Insured.
• Coverage under AYUSH Treatment: Up to 100% of the Sum Insured for Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy systems of medicines.
• Limit on Payment for Cataract: As per the policy terms and conditions.
• Ambulance Charges: Up to 1% of the Sum Insured per hospitalization.
• Optional Cover: Voluntary co-pay of an extra 10% for a discounted premium.
